CarR License Plate Recognition

CarR can detect number plates from video images and classify them into origin. The found license plate number can be compared with the license lists (black- or white list). With a match or mismatch an event can be created. Besides comparing license plate numbers with the license lists, risk profiles can be programmed to detect vehicles returning within a pre-defined period or vehicle counting for parking purposes. In stand-alone mode, the camera/codec relays can be switched when an CarR event occurs.
